Considering all of the work they do, it makes sense that our hands seem to show our age faster than the rest of our bodies. Although our hands are just as prone to aging as our face is, we still seem to forget about them all too often. Sun exposure and aging results in uneven pigmentation (sun spots and age spots), loss of skin tone and elasticity, as well as loss of subcutaneous fat tissue and collagen. This all contributes to the hands appearing frail and wrinkled.
